Tomorrow is my last day of my cleanse. I've enjoyed 18 shakes, 6 rice bars and a ton of veggies.

- I can do anything if I put my mind to it. When my doctor said that he wanted me to only eat vegetables for lunch and dinner, I didn't think that I'd be able to do it.
- I have fantastic and supportive friends. I went to my friend's place for dinner and brought broccoli to make sure that there was something I could eat. When I arrived, I found out that my friends were making multiple veggie only meals. It was very thoughtful and it was the best meal that I've had all week.
- Green beans are the most filling. They're my favorite for dinner. I prefer spinach salads for lunch.
Three shakes to go, hopefully the doctor will tell me that I can add grains or a bit of protein back to my diet!
